Meet Jamie

Certified LCSW

Jamie specializes in assisting her clients meet their needs by helping them envision a brighter future to improve their emotional well-being.

Jamie especially enjoys working with Teens and Gen-Z population to navigate through difficult social and academic challenges. Jamie continues to work through these challenges that then lead to the young professional years. Her work done with young professionals is focused on ways to manage distress, reduce anxiety and help modify destructive and unwanted thoughts.

Depression

Feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness rooted in trauma or negative thoughts patterns. We will work together to identify these roots and ways to restructure cognitive thought patterns.

Anxiety

Your body’s natural response to stress. We will work together to help identify triggers and create coping strategies.

Young Adult/Life

Transitions

Normal, significant and anticipated life changes that may cause distress and anxiety. We will work together to create a game plan to manage expectations and regulate emotions.

Teens

A time of new physical and emotional changes when judgement and expectations are at an all time high. We will work together to explore internal thoughts and emotions while honoring your needs and values.

Confidence Building

Looking to be your own biggest cheerleader? We will work together using CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) in order to rewire your brain to increase confidence!
